National Network of Abortion Funds (NNAF) seeks an Executive Director to lead organizational strategy, fundraising, and movement-building across a remote US-based staff. The role reports to the Board and supervises senior leadership, guiding policy, program direction, and financial stewardship.

• 15+ years of leadership in mission-driven organizations.
• Experience managing and developing a diverse staff, including remote management.
• Strong financial acumen: budget development, forecasting, and clear financial communication.
• Genuine curiosity about how organizations work and how to lead within complexity.
• Model organizational accountability and adherence to policies and staff processes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide organizational leadership alongside Executive and Directors to set goals and priorities.
• Oversee strategic plan oversight, fiscal strategy, and organizational sustainability.
• Support dissemination of organizational strategy and ensure alignment with values across staff, funds, and Board.
• Lead fundraising efforts, manage donor relationships, and coordinate with Development team.
• Represent NNAF publicly; build visibility and influence in the abortion access movement.
• Maintain positive labor-management relations and uphold the collective bargaining framework.
