Enjoin in the United States seeks a Director, Client Success to own a portfolio of hospital and health system accounts, focusing on client health, retention, renewals, and expansion. You will serve as the executive advisor, align Enjoin’s revenue integrity solutions with client priorities, and lead strategic account planning.

The Director collaborates with internal teams to ensure onboarding, service delivery, and timely issue resolution, while pursuing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Eight or more years of professional experience including client success or account management.
• Experience managing enterprise healthcare accounts with retention and growth focus.
• Ability to build relationships with C-suite leaders and drive expansion.
• Experience renewing contracts in collaboration with Legal and Finance.

Responsabilidades

• Own client relationships and portfolio performance across hospital/health system accounts.
• Develop executive partnerships with revenue cycle, finance, CDI, HIM/coding, and physician leaders.
• Lead strategic account planning and renewal/expansion activities.
• Coordinate onboarding and service delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor health, address escalations, and drive value through reviews.
