Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Partnership Success Director to oversee day-to-day client operations and drive policy development and implementation for acute or physician revenue cycle activities. You will nurture client relationships, influence operations, and ensure consistent results, managing engagements with up to $1B in net revenue or under five facilities.

The role is remote, with up to 25% travel to client sites or corporate offices as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Experience across Front‑End, Middle Revenue Cycle (e.g., CDI, Utilization Management, Physician Advisory, Coding), and/or Back‑End Revenue Cycle Operations.
• Demonstrated ability to understand operational workflows and extract insights from data.
• Strong communication skills to articulate trends and recommendations to leaders and executives.
• Experience in client-facing or stakeholder-facing roles.
• Technical capabilities such as Power BI, SQL, and/or Python are preferred.

• Articulate plans with client deliverables, timelines, outcomes, and actions; monitor bad debt and process improvements in key areas.
• Identify gaps in client support or performance and propose solutions to improve.
• Build relationships and alignment; influence decisions and engage onsite teams to drive results.
• Lead program-level meetings with stakeholders; support analysis, reporting, and service line development.
• Act as a revenue cycle expert, communicating changes in payer policies, contracting, regulatory updates, and compliance.
• Assist client leadership in understanding revenue cycle processes, metrics, tools, and reports.
• Facilitate monthly client meetings to review operations performance, initiatives, and escalated support needs.
