This 1099 role offers an industry-leading incentive package, quarterly production rewards, a dedicated service representative, and no external office requirement for two years.

You will build your agency through market access, relationship-building, and presenting tailored insurance solutions to educators and groups.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in the insurance/financial services industry.
Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health; Property and Casualty.
Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).
Strong interpersonal and business management skills.

Responsibilities

Identify and secure new educator clients within an exclusive territory.
Present and tailor insurance and financial solutions to groups and individuals.
Develop market access and build relationships through networking and community events.
