Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills.
• Licenses: Life & Health, Property & Casualty; FINRA Series 6 & 63 if applicable.
• Independent contractor with 1099 compensation structure.
• Exclusive territory designed to maximize opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your own agency with a focus on educators' insurance needs.
• Present and sell a comprehensive multiline product portfolio to groups and individuals.
• Develop market access and relationships through networking and community involvement.
• Utilize training and technology to grow and support your independent practice.
