Job summary

Pearson is seeking an Advanced Associate Content Developer to work with a team of Content Developers, maintaining exam question databases and preparing materials for publication.

You will support in-person and virtual workshops with SMEs, manage item banks, review SME-authored questions for grammar and style, and ensure adherence to client standards. Remote work flexibility and a strong team focus are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2 years of professional office experience preferred.
• Experience as content or test developer or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage test content using item/exam development software.
• Audit user accounts and perform data entry in item banking system.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams on multiple exam programs.
• Review and edit exam content for grammar, style, and standards.
• Proofread content in Word, Excel, and Pearson systems.
• Assist with workshop materials and meeting agendas.
• Complete validation tasks and QC processes.
