Responsibilities

• Maintain, audit user accounts, perform data entry and referencing tasks.
• Review and edit exam content for grammar, style, and quality against client standards.
• Co-facilitate development activities with clients and SMEs per contract needs.
• Prepare workshop materials and summarize workshop outcomes.
• Complete validation tasks and verify data in spreadsheets.
