Pearson is seeking an Advanced Associate Content Developer to join a collaborative team that builds and maintains exam question databases. You will edit questions, prepare and facilitate development meetings, and support publication of exams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of professional office work experience preferred.
• Experience as content or test developer, related coursework, or other direct applicable experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use item/exam development software to maintain test content and ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Maintain and audit user accounts in proprietary item banking software.
• Perform data entry and housekeeping tasks in the item banking system.
• Review exam content for grammar, style and quality.
• Co-facilitate development activities with clients and SMEs as needed.
• Prepare workshop materials and agendas for SMEs.
• Conduct quality checks and validations on data and content.
