Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience within nuclear services, engineering, EPC, or related workforce solutions.
• Proven revenue generation and major account expansion in commercial nuclear.
• Established executive-level relationships with nuclear utilities, reactor developers, EPC firms, and labs.
• Strong understanding of nuclear new plant development, construction schedules, and workforce planning.
• Familiarity with SMRs and advanced reactor technologies.
• Proven ability to develop commercial strategies and lead growth teams.
• Executive presence with negotiation skills to influence across large organizations.
• Willingness to travel nationwide as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a national growth strategy for nuclear services and advanced markets.
• Originate and secure major opportunities with utilities, developers, EPCs, and labs.
• Establish and expand executive relationships, building a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Identify new nuclear construction and SMR opportunities and diversify service lines.
• Lead complex pursuits, contract negotiations, and strategic partnerships.
• Align engineering, services, and workforce solutions with project schedules.
• Build and lead high-performing commercial and technical teams nationwide.
