Job summary

Kimmel & Associates is seeking an Executive Vice President of Nuclear Services to lead national growth across commercial nuclear services, new plant development, SMRs, and advanced nuclear technologies. This role focuses on strategy, major contracts, and building high-impact teams nationwide.

The ideal candidate will have a proven commercial track record in the nuclear industry, extensive executive relationships, and the ability to translate opportunities into sustained revenue growth, with

Qualifications

Senior leadership experience within nuclear services, engineering, EPC, or related workforce solutions.
Established executive-level relationships with utilities, reactor developers, EPC firms, or nuclear stakeholders.
Strong understanding of nuclear plant development, construction, and workforce planning.
Proven ability to develop commercial strategies and lead growth initiatives.
Willingness to travel nationally as needed.

Responsibilities

Grow national nuclear services across markets and new plant development.
Originate and secure major opportunities with utilities, reactor developers and lenders.
Manage strategic accounts and expand executive-level relationships.
Lead commercial pursuits, contract negotiations, and partnerships.
Align engineering, technical services, and workforce delivery with project schedules.
Build and lead high-performing commercial and technical teams nationwide.
Collaborate with leadership to set growth priorities and scale the business.
