Kimmel & Associates, Inc. is seeking an Executive Vice President of Nuclear Services to lead national growth initiatives across commercial nuclear services and new plant development.

This role focuses on securing major contracts, expanding executive-level relationships, and building the teams and delivery capabilities for large-scale nuclear programs. The ideal candidate has a proven commercial track record, an extensive network of executive relationships, and the ability to translate

Competenze

• Senior leadership experience in nuclear services, engineering, EPC, or related sectors.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and major contract wins.
• Executive-level relationships with nuclear utilities, reactor developers, and key stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of nuclear new plant development, construction scheduling, and workforce planning.
• Knowledge of SMRs and advanced reactor technologies.
• Ability to develop commercial strategies and lead teams responsible for growth and service delivery.

• Develop and execute a national growth strategy for nuclear services and advanced markets.
• Originate and secure major opportunities with utilities, reactor developers, EPCs, engineering firms, and national laboratories.
• Establish and expand executive-level relationships, building a pipeline of long-term opportunities.
• Identify opportunities across new nuclear construction, SMRs, and advanced reactor technologies.
• Lead complex pursuits, contract negotiations, and partnerships to drive revenue growth.
• Align engineering, technical services, and workforce solutions with project schedules and resources.
• Build and lead high-performing commercial and technical teams nationwide.
• Collaborate with leadership to set growth priorities and scale the business.
