This Events & Student Outreach Coordinator will own behind-the-scenes event logistics, drive lead follow-up, and help students discover job opportunities with our student loan repayment benefits.

You’ll plan events, manage calendars, ship materials, and perform outreach via phone and email to students.

Qualificações

• Experience coordinating events with multi-step logistics including vendor relationships, travel, and budget management.
• Comfort making outbound phone calls and writing clear, professional emails.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Polished, professional communication and ability to follow up quickly.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced EST/CST environment.

Responsabilidades

• Research and identify events to attend and coordinate sponsorship, exhibition, and presentation opportunities based on ROI.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage team events from start to finish, including timelines, registration, travel, booth logistics, and budget tracking.
• Manage the team’s event calendar and keep everyone aligned on dates, owners, and deadlines.
• Ship event materials and order swag on time and on budget.
• Capture and log leads from events and ensure timely follow-up with thoughtful recaps.
• Run bulk marketing email and SMS outreach to our student database.
• Travel to conferences and events to represent Clasp and participate in team gatherings.
