The role emphasizes travel to Northwest Arkansas events, on-site leadership, and a collaborative, detail‑oriented approach to planning and execution in a fast-paced live events environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in event planning or live event production.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel for ~18 events annually.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Foster long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Lead events from concept to completion with clear guidance.
• Direct onsite crew as the lead, resolving issues on the fly.
• Ensure milestones, budgets, and resources stay on track.
• Maintain proactive, transparent communication across all parties.
