Wealth Enhancement is seeking a remote Event Marketing professional to plan and execute educational seminars, tradeshows, conferences, and hospitality events across the US. You will manage calendars, venues, menus, seating, and speaker communications, coordinating on-site staff and materials, with Wrike for project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education.
• Minimum of 2 years of event marketing experience.
• Some project management experience.
• Prioritize workflow and projects.
• Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
• Polished, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adapt to new processes and technologies.
• Problem solving and initiative to present solutions.
• Innovative and resourceful.
• Collaborate in a growing cross-functional team.
• Operate registration technology and A/V setup.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• AI literacy and ability to use AI tools to improve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage event calendar and execution for seminars, tradeshows, conferences, networking and hospitality events.
• Coordinate venues, menus, seating plans and speaker communications.
• Manage on-site event staffing, registration tech, and materials shipping.
• Be the point of contact at events to ensure smooth operation with venue and staff.
• Coordinate marketing tactics to drive attendance (direct mail, email, radio, social media).
• Maintain event budgets and process invoices; use Wrike for project management.
• Prepare regular reporting on event results; track outcomes in Salesforce where applicable.
• Travel up to 25%.
