Job summary

Artemis ARC seeks an Events and Logistics Specialist to coordinate end-to-end support for TSA recruiting events, job fairs, and on-site hiring events. This contingent role involves remote work with occasional travel for client engagements and requires adherence to security requirements.

You will manage event identification, registration, venue arrangements, shipments, inventory, and records, providing regular updates to TSA and the project team.

Qualifications

• Two+ years coordinating recruiting events, job fairs, conferences, or similar activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, hospitality, event management, logistics, or related field.
• Experience managing event registration, venue/booth reservations, shipping, storage, and inventory.
• Experience maintaining digital records for registrations, shipments, inventory, and logistics.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify recruiting events and job fairs aligned with TSA needs.
• Register TSA for events and reserve booth space as required.
• Identify and procure space for TSA-hosted events.
• Coordinate shipment of event supplies and materials.
• Manage secure storage of Government-furnished equipment and materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment.
• Maintain digital records of registrations, shipments, inventory, and logistics details.
• Provide a weekly schedule of all registered events and updates.
• Coordinate TSA forms shipping/receiving for Government equipment.
• Coordinate with TSA and project team for approvals and on-site support.
