Responsibilities

• Own the planning and coordination of events from initial planning through execution and post-event follow-up.

• Develop event timelines, checklists, budgets, and communications materials.
• Coordinate event logistics including venues, registrations, accommodations, and staffing.
• Provide on-site event support and post-event reconciliation and reporting.
• Maintain brand-consistent event materials and communications.
