Job summary

Doximity is seeking an Events Manager to plan and execute experiences that bring clinicians and healthcare organizations closer to the company. You will own and execute events from concept through on-site delivery, including advisory summits and physician gatherings.

This role also covers trade shows, virtual events, webinars, and product demonstrations. You will manage calendars, budgets, vendors, and attendance metrics to drive engagement and outcomes while partnering with senior leaders and

Qualifications

• Own complex, high-touch events from concept to execution.
• Experience managing trade shows, corporate events, and virtual programs.
• Strong project management to multi-event timelines, deadlines, budgets, and stakeholders.
• Comfort working with senior leaders, physicians, speakers, and vendors.
• Healthcare, technology, or professional communities experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute experiences bringing clinicians closer to Doximity.
• Lead planning, invitations, programming coordination, travel, vendors, and on-site execution for Medical Advisory Summits.
• Manage Doximity’s presence at medical trade shows, booth experiences, sponsorships, staffing, and lead capture.
• Plan corporate events and conferences that showcase Doximity’s products.
• Produce virtual events, webinars, product demonstrations, and clinician activations.
• Manage event calendars, budgets, vendors, and timelines; measure attendance and outcomes.
