Job summary

Doximity, the leading clinical AI company, is seeking an Events Manager to plan and execute experiences connecting clinicians and healthcare organizations.

You will manage advisory summits, trade shows, and virtual events, partnering with senior leaders to deliver high-touch programs, measure outcomes, and optimize future events. This remote role requires travel.

Qualifications

  • Experience owning complex, high-touch events from concept through execution, including executive gatherings, advisory boards, or summits.
  • Experience managing trade shows, corporate events, and virtual programs.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to keep multiple events, deadlines, budgets, and stakeholders on track.
  • Confidence working with senior leaders, physicians, speakers, and vendors, with a thoughtful approach to the attendee experience.
  • Experience in healthcare, technology, or professional communities is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute twice-yearly Medical Advisory Summits, including planning, invitations, programming coordination, travel, vendors, and on-site execution.
  • Manage Doximity’s presence at medical trade shows, including booth experiences, sponsorships, staffing, logistics, and lead capture.
  • Plan corporate events, physician gatherings, and conference-adjacent experiences that showcase Doximity’s products.
  • Produce virtual events and activations, including webinars, product demonstrations, and interactive sessions for clinicians.
  • Manage event calendars, budgets, vendors, and timelines; set goals for each event and measure attendance, engagement, and outcomes to improve future programs.

About the Role

As anEvents Manager, you will plan and execute experiences that bring Doximity closer to the clinicians and healthcare organizations we serve. You will:

  • Support Own and plan our twice-yearly Medical Advisory Summits, bringing physicians and Doximity leaders together for thoughtful discussions about clinical needs, product feedback, and the future of care. Lead planning, invitations, programming coordination, travel, vendors, and on-site execution.
  • Manage Doximity’s presence at medical trade shows, including booth experiences, sponsorships, staffing, logistics, and lead capture.
  • Plan corporate events, physician gatherings, and conference-adjacent experiences that build relationships and showcase Doximity’s products.
  • Produce virtual events and activations, including webinars, product demonstrations, and interactive sessions for clinicians.
  • Manage event calendars, budgets, vendors, and timelines; set goals for each event and measure attendance, engagement, and outcomes to improve future programs.

Location: This role is Remote in the United States. Travel to events is required.

Compensation

The anticipated total compensation for this role is $85,000 - $119,000 depending on factors such as experience, skills, location, and internal equity.

Our total compensation package may include:

  • Equity (where applicable)
  • Annual bonus or incentive compensation (where applicable)

Specific compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
