Job summary

Opal Group seeks a Marketing Coordinator to support digital and onsite marketing for conferences and events. You will create content, manage campaigns, and help generate leads while collaborating with graphic, conference teams, and leadership.

The role is entry-level, full-time, remote with occasional travel to onsite conferences. Strong English, digital marketing experience preferred; visa required and college degree in a related field are desirable.

Qualifications

• College degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred.
• Advanced English skills in verbal and written communication required.
• Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or email marketing preferred.
• Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and manage marketing content across digital channels to promote Opal Group conferences and attendees.
• Serve as the division’s digital and onsite marketing representative.
• Execute email marketing campaigns and event promotions to drive registrations.
• Manage and grow social media presence (LinkedIn and others).
• Track engagement, metrics, and inbound leads from campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of inbound marketing leads and campaign activity.
• Collaborate with leadership to support marketing initiatives and priorities.
• Research relevant media outlets and industry partners to support outreach.
• Assist with content editing, proofreading, and quality control across materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, graphics, and conference teams for consistent branding.
