Job summary

Clarity Pediatrics is reimagining pediatric chronic care with a tech-enabled, evidence-based ADHD clinic. This part-time (16-28 hours) remote role offers collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and opportunities to contribute to program development while delivering high-quality care to children and their families.

Ideal candidates are licensed physicians in California with 5+ years of patient care experience, proficient in EMR/telemedicine, and committed to culturally responsive practice.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice medicine in California.
• Prescribing ADHD stimulant medications.
• Board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.
• Board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
• At least 5 years of patient care experience.
• Experience with families from diverse cultural backgrounds and willingness to receive ongoing training.
• Interest or experience in Lifestyle Medicine and evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical services for children and teens with ADHD and their families, focusing on diagnostic and medication management.
• Collaborate with MDs, nurse practitioners, psychologists and other clinicians to deliver excellent care.
• Complete administrative work and clinical documentation timely and accurately.
• Contribute to implementation, evaluation and program development to optimize care delivery.
• Opportunity to grow into program development or leadership roles based on interest and company needs.
