Job summary

Clarity Pediatrics, Inc. is building a remote ADHD-focused pediatric clinic and seeks a part-time clinician to deliver comprehensive care for children and teens with ADHD.

You’ll diagnose, manage medications, and collaborate with MDs, nurse practitioners, psychologists, and other clinicians to ensure high-quality virtual care. The role emphasizes culturally responsive treatment, documentation, and ongoing professional development, with potential for leadership opportunities as the platform

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice medicine in California.
• Prescribing and managing ADHD stimulant medication.
• Board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP).
• Board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM).
• At least 5 years of patient care experience.
• Experience with families from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Interest or experience in Lifestyle Medicine.
• Confidence with EMR and telemedicine tools.
• Willingness to join a startup and learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical services for children and teens with ADHD and families, focusing on diagnostic and medication management.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent care.
• Complete administrative work and clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Contribute to implementation, evaluation and program development iterations to optimize care.
• Role may expand into program development and leadership activities based on interest and company needs.
