Qualifikationen

• 2+ years reviewing violent content, credible threats, or violent extremist material in Trust & Safety or related contexts.
• Comfortable reviewing distressing material on a regular basis.
• Sound judgment and consistency, including in ambiguous cases.
• Clear, concise written communication.
• Able to commit to a fixed evening schedule that includes one weekend day.

• Review and label content, and flag imminent-risk cases for escalation.
• Apply policy consistently and document decisions clearly.
• Bring edge cases to the senior specialist on your shift or client contact on weekends.
• Participate in quality reviews and calibration, and apply feedback.
