Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking an Associate Service Technician in Seattle to perform pre-delivery inspections, basic repairs, and service tasks on Lucid vehicles. You will document activities, update software, and collaborate with the service team to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

This role requires 1–3 years in auto repair, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to pursue ASE certification and additional licenses as part of Lucid’s Career Framework.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older.
• 1-3 years experience in automobile repair environments.
• Able to learn the High/Low Voltage process.
• Customer facing experience with strong written/verbal communication.
• Willingness to complete Lucid-provided CPR training; able to learn proprietary DMS software.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic repairs on Lucid vehicles and related tasks (parts replacement, testing, road tests).
• Document vehicle interactions using the appropriate software suite.
• Apply software updates as needed during inspection processes.
• Communicate effectively with service team and customers.
• Support mobile service remotely as needed; travel may be required.
