Job summary

Green Water and Power is seeking a motivated 1099 Independent Sales Consultant to grow our EV charging projects remotely. You will build your own pipeline, manage client relationships, and secure contracts with property owners, developers, and facility leaders in key markets.

This role offers uncapped commission potential, full autonomy, and access to sales resources and product training. You will operate as an independent contractor with responsibilities for your own expenses and schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales to commercial clients.
• Experience selling to property owners or developers is a plus.
• Knowledge of EV charging, renewable energy, or electrical infrastructure is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads within commercial real estate, multifamily housing, retail, hospitality, workplace, fleet, and municipal sectors.
• Present and sell EV charging solutions, including hardware, software, installation services, and maintenance programs.
• Educate prospects on rebates, incentives, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Secure contracts and related documents from clients.
• Manage own leads, opportunities, and pipeline activity.
