Job summary

Green Water and Power is seeking a motivated 1099 Independent Sales Consultant to grow EV charging projects across multiple markets. You will build your own pipeline, manage client relationships, and close deals with a high earning potential.

This role offers full autonomy with uncapped commissions and the freedom to set your schedule. You’ll receive sales resources and product training while working remotely in your territory.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in B2B or technical sales.
• Experience selling to property owners, developers, or facility leaders is a plus.
• Knowledge of EV charging or renewable energy is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently.
• Existing industry contacts are a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads within commercial real estate, multifamily housing, retail, hospitality, workplace, fleet, and municipal sectors.
• Present and sell EV charging solutions, including hardware, software, installation services, and maintenance programs.
• Educate prospects on rebates, incentives, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Secure electric bill, single line drawings and contract from clients.
• Manage own leads, opportunities, and pipeline activity.
