Job summary

Green Water and Power is seeking a motivated 1099 Independent Sales Consultant to grow its EV charging projects. You will build your own pipeline, manage client relationships, and close deals with property owners, developers, and facilities leaders.

This remote role offers uncapped commission, full autonomy, and access to sales resources, marketing tools, and product training to win in a fast-growing EV market.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical/solution-based sales.
• Experience selling to property owners, developers, or facility leaders a plus.
• Knowledge of EV charging, renewable energy, or electrical infrastructure is helpful but NOT REQUIRED.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently.
• Existing industry contacts or networks are a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads within commercial real estate, multifamily housing, retail, hospitality, workplace, fleet, and municipal sectors.
• Present and sell EV charging solutions, including hardware, software, installation services, and maintenance programs.
• Educate prospects on rebates, incentives, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Secure electric bill, single line drawings and contract from clients.
• Manage own leads, opportunities, and pipeline activity.
