Job summary

Green Water and Power is seeking a motivated 1099 Independent Sales Consultant to grow its EV charging presence in key markets. You will build your own pipeline, manage client relationships, and generate new business opportunities for charging projects, with full autonomy and uncapped commission potential.

We value self-motivated, disciplined professionals who can operate independently and leverage existing industry contacts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical/solution-based sales.
• Experience selling to property owners, developers, or facility leaders a plus.
• Knowledge of EV charging, renewable energy, or electrical infrastructure is helpful but NOT REQUIRED (resources provided).

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads within commercial real estate, multifamily housing, retail, hospitality, workplace, fleet, and municipal sectors.
• Present and sell EV charging solutions, including hardware, software, installation services, and maintenance programs.
• Educate prospects on rebates, incentives, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Secure electric bill, single line drawings and contract from clients.
• Manage own leads, opportunities, and pipeline activity.
