Job summary

Scout is seeking a Manager of Site Strategy and Engagement to build strong relationships with clinical research sites and optimize site engagement throughout the trial lifecycle. You will collaborate with clinical operations, study teams, and sponsors to maximize portal utilization and satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in clinical research, fluency in English and French, and a proactive, problem-solving approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in clinical research or clinical trial management, focusing on site management or engagement.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and projects simultaneously with strong organization and time management.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Fluent in English and French (spoken and written) is a must.

Responsibilities

• Site Engagement: Identify, assess, and engage with potential clinical research sites in studies contracted to use Scout services, ensuring awareness and portal readiness.
• Site Support: Provide guidance to sites and operations teams to drive strategy for continued portal use.
• Site/Study Utilization Monitoring: Monitor site utilization throughout the trial, ensuring portal use and addressing issues.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work with Project Managers, Patient Liaison, Site staff, and sponsors to align on site needs.
• Site Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clinical sites and gather feedback to improve engagement strategies.
• Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: Anticipate and resolve site-level issues to ensure portal continuity.
• Regional Client Support: Support client conversations with regional expertise and gather market insights.
• Marketing for the region: Draft messaging considering local, cultural, economic, and regulatory factors.
• Training: Complete all required initial and ongoing training.
