Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Patient and Site Engagement Manager in the United States. The role focuses on defining and embedding patient-centered planning into study strategy, with emphasis on understanding patient journeys and site needs to minimize participation barriers.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to translate engagement insights into actionable strategies, and build partnerships with Patient Advocacy groups to support trial diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 8+ years’ transferrable experience in medical, healthcare, scientific or related field.
• Knowledge of the principles of Good Clinical Practice.
• Competent in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Support Strategic Feasibility assessments during proposals, including Study Burden Analysis and Patient/Site insights.
• Develop bespoke Patient and Site support strategies to meet customer needs.
• Present at bid defense or client meetings as needed.
• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure patient experience data is captured and shared.
• Evaluate Patient Pathway and trial burden for new study opportunities and communicate risks.
• Build FDA Diversity Action Plans and PPI projects to meet regulatory needs in therapy areas.
• Maintain relationships with external vendors providing patient/site engagement services.
• Translate engagement strategies into operational plans for trial delivery.
• Establish metrics and track impact of patient/site support strategies on trial performance.
