Job summary

Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. (MPS) is seeking a new graduate Application Engineer to act as a technical liaison supporting customers in design and application of our power delivery solutions.

You will troubleshoot system applications and resolve engineering issues as they arise in field settings. You will evaluate customer requirements for systems applications, contribute to proposals, and participate in seminars and meetings to promote MPS capabilities.

Qualifications

• BS/BE or higher in Electrical Engineering.
• Hands-on experience in analog power management electronics, DC-DC converter design & implementation.
• Good understanding of schematics, layouts (PCB design tools) and lab equipment to analyze analog circuits.
• Ability to work in teams and collaborate with people in different functions.
• Excellent communication / interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical liaison to support customers in design and application of the company's products.
• Troubleshoot system applications on customer requests and resolve engineering issues.
• Evaluate customer requirements for systems application and assist with proposals and technical aspects as instructed.
• Represent MPS at seminars, conferences, and meetings in the field.
