Job summary

You will act as a technical advisor, helping design, deploy, and scale AI solutions while managing large GPU workloads. Remote work from Europe is welcome, with opportunities to collaborate across global teams.

You will troubleshoot AI/ML issues, optimize GPU performance, and coordinate with sales and product teams to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in roles like Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Customer Engineer.
• Hands-on experience in cloud services and AI/ML workloads.
• Strong communication and ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for troubleshooting AI/ML issues.
• Guide customers to optimize GPU performance for ML training and inference.
• Partner with sales to identify opportunities and deliver technical presentations.
• Bridge to product teams; relay customer feedback and feature requests.
• Engage with stakeholders to drive alignment and resolve challenges.
