Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an Informatica/Tableau Developer to support enterprise data integration, reporting, and analytics initiatives. The role involves designing ETL processes with Informatica, building Tableau dashboards, and translating business requirements into technical solutions. This remote role is based in Washington, DC.

W2 consultants receive medical, dental, vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance. Rate ranges from $55.00 to $65.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data integration or analytics
• 3+ years with Informatica
• 3+ years building Tableau reports/dashboards
• Strong SQL with Oracle/SQL Server/PostgreSQL/Snowflake
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and data quality
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google) preferred
• Experience with DevOps/CI/CD and Git/Azure DevOps preferred
• 5-8 years IT experience
• Experience supporting enterprise reporting initiatives
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
• Experience translating business requirements into data solutions

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter or IICS.
• Develop and support Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, transformation, and validation.
• Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Collaborate with analysts, data engineers, architects, and end users.
• Troubleshoot ETL processes, dashboards, and data quality issues.
• Support data governance, security, and compliance requirements.
• Develop technical documentation and data mappings.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and deployments.
