Job summary

Eliassen Group seeks an Informatica/Tableau Developer to support enterprise data integration, reporting and analytics initiatives. You will design ETL processes with Informatica, build Tableau dashboards, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.

This remote US role requires W2 employment; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, and life insurance. Compensation is $55.00–$65.00 per hour on W2, with standard benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data integration, data warehousing, BI, or analytics.
• 3+ years developing ETL solutions using Informatica.
• 3+ years developing Tableau reports/dashboards.
• Strong SQL development with Oracle/SQL Server/PostgreSQL/Snowflake.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and data quality practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred.
• Certifications such as Informatica or Tableau preferred.
• Experience with federal government or regulated environments preferred.
• Familiarity with DevOps/CI/CD and source control (Git/Azure DevOps).
• 5-8 years total IT experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise reporting/analytics.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Experience translating business requirements into data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, or equivalent.
• Develop, enhance, and support Tableau dashboards and visualizations.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, transformation, and validation.
• Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Collaborate with analysts, data engineers, architects, and end users to support reporting needs.
• Troubleshoot ETL processes, dashboard performance, and data quality.
• Support data governance, security, and compliance requirements.
• Develop technical documentation and data mappings.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and deployments.
