Job summary

Eliassen Group seeks an Informatica/Tableau Developer to support enterprise data integration, reporting, and analytics initiatives. The role requires designing and developing ETL processes with Informatica, building Tableau dashboards and visualizations, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data integration, data warehousing, BI, or analytics.
• 3+ years of experience developing ETL solutions using Informatica.
• 3+ years of experience developing Tableau reports/dashboards.
• Strong SQL development and database experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, or equivalent Informatica tools.
• Develop, enhance, and support Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, transformation, and validation activities.
• Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, architects, and end users to support reporting requirements.
• Troubleshoot ETL processes, dashboard performance issues, and data quality concerns.
• Support data governance, security, and compliance requirements.
• Develop technical documentation, data mappings, and operational procedures.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and deployment activities.
