Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an Informatica/Tableau Developer to support enterprise data integration, reporting, and analytics initiatives. Remote in the United States, with a focus on government workloads and W2 benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and life insurance.

The role requires designing and developing ETL processes with Informatica, building Tableau dashboards and visualizations, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data integration, data warehousing, business intelligence, or analytics.
• 3+ years of experience developing ETL solutions using Informatica.
• 3+ years of experience developing reports and dashboards in Tableau.
• Strong SQL development and database experience with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, or similar.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and data quality practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, or equivalent Informatica tools.
• Develop, enhance, and support Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, transformation, and validation activities.
• Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, architects, and end users to support reporting requirements.
• Troubleshoot ETL processes, dashboard performance issues, and data quality concerns.
• Support data governance, security, and compliance requirements.
• Develop technical documentation, data mappings, and operational procedures.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and deployment activities.
