Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an Informatica/Tableau Developer to support enterprise data integration, reporting, and analytics initiatives. The role focuses on designing ETL processes with Informatica, building Tableau dashboards, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data integration, data warehousing, BI, or analytics.
• 3+ years developing ETL with Informatica PowerCenter or IICS.
• 3+ years creating Tableau reports and dashboards.
• Strong SQL with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, or similar.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred.
• Certifications such as Informatica or Tableau preferred.
• Experience in federal government or regulated environments preferred.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and Git/Azure DevOps preferred.
• 5-8 years IT experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, or equivalent Informatica tools.
• Develop, enhance, and support Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, transformation, and validation activities.
• Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, architects, and end users to support reporting requirements.
• Troubleshoot ETL processes, dashboard performance issues, and data quality concerns.
• Support data governance, security, and compliance requirements.
• Develop technical documentation, data mappings, and operational procedures.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and deployment activities.
