Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions is seeking a remote Estimator for a 6-12 month contract. You will review pricing requests for print services, create proposals, and coordinate estimates from inception to delivery, supporting Sales and Finance.

The role requires at least 2 years in print estimating or print production, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work with numbers and vendors. This remote position offers hourly pay and an opportunity to contribute to revenue growth while maintaining

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Print Estimating experience or Print Production experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products; proficient in Excel.
• Ability to work with numbers and percentages.
• Strong verbal and written communication with vendors and internal departments.
• Knowledge of Financial Printing Industry, Typesetting and EDGAR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze incoming requests for pricing for print services and other job-related activities.
• Seek clarification on incomplete details on requests for proposals.
• Determine most suitable vendors for projects and solicit prices.
• Use Broadridge systems to enter and process estimates and send proposals to sales.
• Support billing and interface with Sales and Finance to ensure timely invoicing.
