The role drives product certification initiatives, ensures compliance with global regulatory standards, and partners with engineering teams and testing labs to bring innovative technologies to market.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years in product compliance or regulatory affairs.
Experience leading certification efforts with external labs.

Responsibilities

Lead product certification and compliance projects for hardware, software, and cloud-based technologies.
Coordinate testing activities with third-party laboratories and regulatory bodies.
Review testing results and partner with engineering teams to resolve compliance gaps.
Author and maintain compliance documentation, certification reports, and declarations of conformity.
Provide guidance on CE Marking, EU Directives, Common Criteria (CC), FIPS, CRA, and related compliance frameworks.
Stay current on emerging regulations impacting networking, cybersecurity, cloud, and AI technologies.
