Responsibilities

• Proficiently close using SoftPro and FTE Connect.
• Prepare settlement statements and lender packages.
• Assist with seller authorizations and payoffs.
• Gather documents for title curative.
• Balance files and prepare for disbursement.
• Close at least 35 files per month during peak season.
• Adhere to company policies.
