You will open, manage, and oversee escrow accounts for residential and commercial transactions, and ensure accurate handling, safeguarding, and disbursement of funds.

You will act as a trusted liaison among buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneys, driving closings forward with proactive communication and strict compliance with policies and regulations.

• Serve as a trusted liaison between buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneys
• Drive transactions forward while maintaining clear, proactive communication with all parties
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, state regulations, and industry standards
• Identify and mitigate risk to protect clients and ensure smooth closings
