Job summary

This position is fully remote; however, we are only hiring residents from Illinois or Wisconsin. You will work with internal teams and external partners to improve workflows and ensure the ERP environment evolves with business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience with Acumatica ERP across multiple business areas is required.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills are essential.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical teammates.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on support for Acumatica users across the organization.
• Troubleshoot system and process issues and coordinate with partners as needed.
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and access within Acumatica.
• Build and maintain Generic Inquiries, dashboards, and other configurations.
• Learn and support business workflows across departments (Sales, Finance, Inventory, etc.).
• Coordinate and perform User Acceptance Testing for updates and new features.
