Job summary

Jackson James is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager through an implementation partner to lead complex ERP deployments across D365, NetSuite, and SAP.

The role is fully remote in the United States and focuses on planning, budgeting, governance, and a successful data migration lifecycle from design to hypercare, with direct exposure to C-suite stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of ERP implementation experience with at least three full lifecycle projects as PM.
• Hands-on platform experience with two of D365, NetSuite, and SAP (NetSuite or SAP required).
• Migration experience from on-premise to cloud ERP.
• Experience in MSP/Systems Integrator/management consulting environments.
• Experience leading programs for $300M+ revenue firms and reporting to C-suite.
• Strong knowledge of core finance and supply chain processes.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred; SAP Activate or NetSuite certs a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation lifecycle from design to hypercare.
• Plan projects with charters, budgets, resourcing, and governance.
• Assist clients with ERP platform evaluation and selection.
• Drive cloud ERP migrations from legacy systems.
• Report to C-level steering committees and executive sponsors.
• Collaborate with finance, supply chain, and IT teams for alignment.
• Oversee vendors, partners, and contractors.
• Facilitate smooth transition to managed services post go-live.
