Job summary

Stark State College is seeking a Programmer Analyst to provide systems analysis, development, and support for the Banner ERP and related information systems. You will work with faculty and staff to identify business needs, develop solutions, and ensure reliable data access.

The role includes developing reports from the Oracle database, contributing to technology projects, and delivering training on new or modified applications. A robust benefits package accompanies the position.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree, preferably in IT or CS.
• Minimum of three years of experience in systems design, analysis, and programming.
• Experience with SQL in a relational database environment, preferably Oracle SQL*Plus and PL/SQL.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, test, and document complex online business applications from conception through implementation.
• Consult with end users and stakeholders to identify requirements and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide technical support for ERP modules and business applications and coordinate with software vendors.
