Job summary

Boldyn Networks in the United States is seeking an experienced ERP Manager to drive enterprise-wide transformation for higher education clients. This role leads strategy, governance, optimization, and support of ERP initiatives, managing a team of analysts and vendors to deliver scalable ERP solutions aligned with customer objectives.

You will partner with college leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders to improve operations, standardize processes, and shape the long-term

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive ERP systems experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading technical or business systems teams in higher education.
• Experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, workflow automation, and processes in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the ERP application strategy aligned with campus goals and business priorities.
• Lead ERP transformation, enhancement, and optimization initiatives from planning through implementation and ongoing support.
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for ERP deployments.
• Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology innovation.
• Develop and manage the ERP roadmap ensuring alignment with growth and strategic objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ERP analysts and technical resources.
• Oversee administration, support, maintenance, and optimization of ERP platforms.
