Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking an ERP leader to strategize and drive enterprise resource planning initiatives across the organization. The role focuses on architecture, transformation, and optimization of ERP platforms to enable campus and business priorities.

You will lead a team of ERP analysts and technical resources, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning while ensuring reliable, secure, and high-performing systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the ERP application strategy aligned with campus goals and business priorities.
• Lead ERP transformation, enhancement, and optimization initiatives from planning through implementation and ongoing support.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ERP analysts and technical resources.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous learning, and operational excellence.
• Oversee the administration, support, maintenance, and optimization of ERP platforms and integrated business applications.
• Ensure system reliability, availability, security, and performance across the application landscape.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand operational challenges and identify ERP solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Champion business process standardization and automation initiatives across departments.
