Boldyn Networks is seeking an experienced ERP Manager to drive enterprise-wide transformation in a remote US setting. You will lead ERP strategy, governance, and optimization for higher education customers, guiding a team of analysts and technical resources to deliver scalable and secure ERP solutions.

Responsibilities include aligning ERP roadmaps with organizational goals, coordinating with executives and campus leaders, and driving change management and user adoption across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive ERP systems experience including leadership responsibilities.
• 3+ years of people management leading technical or business systems teams in higher education.
• Experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, workflow automation, and business processes in higher education.

The ERP Manager plays a critical role in leading the strategy, governance, optimization, and support ERP for our higher education customers. This role is responsible for managing ERP initiatives, leading a team of analysts and technical resources, and ensuring enterprise applications effectively support customer business objectives.You’ll partner closely with college leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient ERP solutions.
