Job summary

Caselle, Inc. in Provo, UT is seeking a Project Manager I to lead the delivery of Caselle's ERP solutions for municipal clients under the guidance of senior project leadership.

You will oversee day-to-day execution, scheduling, and client coordination across concurrent implementations in a SaaS environment. This role is ideal for someone building a career in project management with 1–5 years of experience and foundational ERP knowledge.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or a related role in a software or technology environment
• Foundational understanding of ERP systems or enterprise software implementation lifecycles
• Experience working with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or PSA platforms)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
• Clear written and verbal communication skills — comfortable facilitating client meetings and preparing status reports
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem identification and resolution
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project execution for concurrent ERP implementation projects of standard complexity, following established methodologies and templates
• Build and maintain project schedules, task lists, and status reports using PSA tooling and standard templates
• Coordinate with System Consultants, Technical Consultants, and support staff to ensure deliverables are completed on time
• Facilitate weekly status meetings with clients; prepare agendas, capture action items, and follow up on open issues
• Track project milestones, risks, and issues; elevate blockers to senior project leadership promptly
• Maintain accurate project documentation including meeting notes, decision logs, and lessons learned
• Support change management activities by communicating project timelines and expectations to client stakeholders
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying recurring challenges and proposing solutions
