Job summary

AlphaGov (Casa Moon LLC d/b/a AlphaGov) seeks an ERP Implementation Consultant to support the Raleigh ERP transformation. Engagements are remote-first with occasional client travel to North Carolina and surrounding areas.

You will lead or support ERP workstreams from discovery through go-live, map business processes to ERP capabilities, and coordinate city stakeholders, technical teams, and partners. This is a project-based role; you may contribute requirements, training materials, and readiness

Qualifications

Hands-on ERP implementation or modernization experience with a major public-sector or enterprise platform.
Experience with requirements, process mapping, data migration, testing, training, and cutover.
Comfortable as a 1099 / project-based collaborator with travel as needed for client on-sites.

Responsibilities

Lead or support ERP implementation workstreams from discovery through go-live and stabilization.
Map finance, procurement, human resources, asset, or related business processes to ERP capabilities.
Coordinate city stakeholders, technical teams, implementation partners, and executive decision-makers.
Develop requirements, configuration decisions, test scripts, training materials, and readiness reporting.
Contribute ERP implementation qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when permissioned.
