Job summary

Nationwide IT Services, NIS, seeks an ERP Business Analyst to assist in developing and maintaining the ERP program. This fully remote role customizes and configures workflows to integrate client/server applications and tests ERP layouts to ensure the system meets organizational needs.

The position is contingent upon contract award and funding. Salary ranges from $155,000 to $160,000 annually with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least five years of relevant ERP experience.
• Certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
• DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification, IAM Level I.

Responsibilities

• Support development and ongoing maintenance of the ERP program.
• Customize and configure ERP workflows to support business needs and integration of client/server applications.
• Test ERP layouts and configured workflows to verify organizational requirements.
• Document configuration and testing results, identify issues, and support resolution.
• Coordinate with business and technical stakeholders to clarify ERP needs and support system changes.
