Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience in business or implementation.
• 3–5+ years with complex projects in benefits industry or related field.
• On-site at Benefit Harbor Plano, TX or remote in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with Carriers and Client payroll teams to implement and maintain EDI files.
• Analyze file transfers, troubleshoot escalations, and coordinate resolutions.
• Lead calls for new file implementations or changes.
• Test and implement new files with IT and developers.
• Maintain SOC II documentation and logs.
• Perform audits and data transfers tasks.
